I offer the convenience of online planning tools such as a Wedding Reception Planner, Timeline and an online music request system. you can plan your entire ceremony and reception right for the comforts of your own home without having to schedule meetings and making time to meet with me directly. However, if if doing things over the internet just doesn’t work for you and you prefer that one-on-one relationship I am here for you however you need me.

Setup and Ready to Go - I will arrive prior to any of your guests and be setup ready to play when they arrive. You will have the confidence in knowing that whenyour guests arrive they will be welcomed with music already playing in the background and I will help them locate their seats, cocktails, beverages or appetizers, restrooms or make any needed announcements prior to your arrival for the Grand Entrance and with up to six hours of service you and your guests are sure to have plenty of time to celebrate!
Dance Floor Lighting Essentials – Lighting adds value to the basics. I’m including the Dance Floor Essentials with every package above the basics.
Customized Monograms – Included in our Essentials package is a free customized monogram that we can display on your dance floor or wall that is uniquely you.
Full Announcements & Introductions – I will meet you at the door, coordinate your wedding party and make your formal Grand Introductions. I keep you, your guests and any other venders informed of each activity (cake cutting, garter & bouquet toss, etc.) throughout the event. You can simply relax and enjoy your reception and mingle with confidence that your event will run smoothly with my direction exactly as you envision it to.
